"Be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power. Put on all of God’s armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil."
- Ephesians 6:10-11
We see people of all nations loving and obeying God with all their hearts.
We see a body of Christ who opens their hearts and their doors to all people.
We see a body of Christ who embraces each other with the grace of Christ.
We see a body of Christ who engages with others of like faith in expanding God’s love.
We see a day when the body of Christ is actively engaged in their neighborhoods, schools, businesses, cities, provinces, nations and world.
God’s Mission Through Us
Love God and share God’s love with all people.
We will saturate Metro Manila with the love of God through our “A Heart for the City” emphasis.
We will saturate the Philippine Islands with the love of God through out national mission/church planting strategies.
We will saturate God’s world with His love as the Spirit opens doors of opportunity in other lands and other people groups.
We will prayerfully, intentionallyand intensively be aware of the nations in our midst and find ways to share God’s love in a variety of ways.

International Baptist Church of Manila was born out of an earnest desire of 17 baptists from the United States who were then based in the Philippines to have a place in which to serve, worship and study.
These men and women who found themselves in a strange and foreign land and had difficulty locating a church decided to organize a Christian Fellowship on April 24, 1959. This group of American businessmen, government employees and members of the U.S. Armed Forces was known as the Southern Baptist Fellowship of Greater Manila. It was then organized as a church and was called "Emmanuel Baptist Church"; but was eventually changed to International Baptist Church of Manila.
