It's DECISION TIME!

“NOW HE HAD TO GO THROUGH SAMARIA” (John 4: 4). Our Lord Jesus Christ gave us a model in making decisions. When a decision had to be made, Jesus set His mind and heart to do it. How is it with us? Are we making the really important decisions in life, our family and even for our Church? Or, are we more likely to postpone, yes, even deciding to avoid making the major decisions we need to do for God? HAVE WE CHECK OUR “SOMEDAY LISTS” LATELY? Do some of them look like:

Someday I will commit my life to Jesus as my personal Lord and Savior.
Someday, I will get around to seriously the Bible.
Someday I will spend more time in prayer.
Someday, I will be more serious in my church life with my family.
Someday I will cheerfully and faithfully give my tithes and offerings.
Someday I will spend more time with my family.
Someday I will say “I LOVE YOU” more to my spouse and children.
Someday I will ask forgiveness to the one I knew I have hurt.
SOMEDAY I WILL. . . . . . . .

Our unfulfilled SOMEDAYS rob us of our happier tomorrows with God. What we postpone to do adds more work for tomorrow and even lead us to the City of Never . Many unfulfilled decisions that landed in the House of Somedays closed God-given opportunities of new and fruitful Christian life and service.

Many who died without Christ and missed heaven must be singing, “Never Again Say Someday!” Others who were offered opportunity to serve in some areas of ministry in and through the church, but declined, could be regretting lost opportunities to grow in Christ. What then, shall we do, with our SOMEDAYS?

We will be better people, Family and Church when we change our Somedays to TODAY.

Today, could be our last day of opportunity to do what God is telling us to do. When Jesus walks with us, we can successfully travel from our Somedays to Today and Rewarding Day.

We must DECIDE to be these kinds of people. Please join God and our Church Family TODAY in doing our Growth Strategy and let us grow BETTER, BIGGER and BROADER as God’s Church in Makati-Metro Manila in the 21st Century.
